Content Server Specialist

A company is looking for a Content Server Product Specialist. Key Responsibilities Configure OpenText workflows, metadata, roles, and permissions to meet business needs Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or 15+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree 5+ years of experience with OpenText Content Server or Extended ECM Experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation Ability to act as a liaison between business users and development teams Experience providing training and support to end users on Content Server functionality
