This role is ideal for candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience who possess strong communication and project management skills and are eager to grow in a collaborative and dynamicenvironment. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our state-of-the-art asset management software for clients. You will manage project timelines, collaborate with teams, and ensure successful delivery while maintaining a high standard of client communication and support.  This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to transformative projects while advancing your career within a professional and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the successful delivery of software implementation projects, collaborating with both internal and client teams. Plan, configure, and deliver the NEXGEN application tailored to client-specific workflows. Maintain detailed project plans, communicate regularly with clients, and ensure all deadlines are met. Evaluate and prepare client data for migration into the NEXGEN system. Test and validate system configurations to ensure performance and readiness for deployment. Lead end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support during the implementation and go-live phases. Uphold professionalism in all client and team interactions. Be available for occasional travel (up to 10%) to support client engagements. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 2-5 years of experience in project management, software implementation, or a similar role. Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong technical aptitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience with asset management or software implementation is a plus. Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook).
