Job details Spherion Staffing is hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative for a supply company in Wichita Falls, TX! The primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service by handling a wide range of inquiries related to medical equipment, supplies, and services. Responsibilities :

  • Customer Interaction : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. This includes answering questions about products, services, and orders.
  • Order and Billing Management : Take and process customer orders, calculate charges, and manage payments and billing inquiries. This may involve using an e-catalog or other online ordering systems.
  • Problem Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. This may involve troubleshooting issues, processing returns, or adjusting bills.
  • Product Knowledge : Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's dental equipment and supply offerings to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
  • Account Management : Review customer accounts and make necessary changes, keeping accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as sales, tech, and service specialists, to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Administrative Tasks : Assist with general administrative duties, which may include maintaining a clean and friendly office environment and providing support to other staff members.

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Skills :

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Excellent listening skills, patience, and a positive, empathetic attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education : High School

    Experience : 1-4 years

    Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a customer service role required, preferably in the healthcare field.
  • Proficiency with computers and relevant software, including CRM systems.
