- Problem Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. This may involve troubleshooting issues, processing returns, or adjusting bills.
- Product Knowledge : Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's dental equipment and supply offerings to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
- Account Management : Review customer accounts and make necessary changes, keeping accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as sales, tech, and service specialists, to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Administrative Tasks : Assist with general administrative duties, which may include maintaining a clean and friendly office environment and providing support to other staff members.
