Responsibilities :

• Showcase and lease vacant and soon-to-be-available apartments.
• Market the property and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Process leasing applications and ensure accurate documentation.
• Conduct apartment tours and explain lease terms and addenda.
• Perform property walkthroughs and report maintenance needs.
• Provide top-notch service to current and prospective residents.
• Handle administrative duties, including data entry for fees, deposits, and lease details.
• Collect rental payments and manage notices to vacate.
• Assist with resident relations and other assigned tasks.
