Responsibilities :
- Showcase and lease vacant and soon-to-be-available apartments.
- Market the property and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Process leasing applications and ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct apartment tours and explain lease terms and addenda.
- Perform property walkthroughs and report maintenance needs.
- Provide top-notch service to current and prospective residents.
- Handle administrative duties, including data entry for fees, deposits, and lease details.
- Collect rental payments and manage notices to vacate.
- Assist with resident relations and other assigned tasks.
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of leasing experience.Bilingual in Spanish (required).At least 1 year of experience in sales and / or customer service.Strong computer proficiency and ability to type at least 45 WPM.Dependable, self-starter, and highly motivated.Stable job history and excellent organizational skills.High school diploma or equivalent required.We maintain a drug- and alcohol-free workplace, and all candidates must meet our background screening criteria.
