As an important member of the patient care team at VCA NWVS, a Technician Assistant gives a first impression and sets the tone for the practice through their interactions with clients and referring veterinarians. Combining customer service with compassion, we develop a relationship with our clients, as well as positively impact our business. The ER / ICU Technician Assistant also plays a critical role in maintaining patient care for hospitalized patients and helping with outpatient treatments for Emergency cases.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Technician Assistant plays a key role in the hospital's success by helping the Doctors and Credentialed Technicians in patient care and client communication. While this position does have clinical duties, you will also work hand-in-hand with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, management and all support staff to provide excellent customer services.
