A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support operational efficiencies in a remote, part-time role. Key Responsibilities Coordinate meetings and travel logistics for the Executive Team and external stakeholders Design and maintain project management processes using Asana and support technical upskilling of team members Manage onboarding / offboarding tasks and participate in culture-building initiatives Required Qualifications Three to five years of administrative or project coordination experience Proficiency in Asana, Microsoft 365, and Slack Experience managing multiple calendars and supporting travel logistics Ability to work hours that overlap significantly with US Eastern Time Experience working with global teams is a plus
