Summary : Position Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong technical expertise to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of healthcare knowledge, analytical problem-solving, and technical proficiency. The Senior Business Analyst will lead projects that improve business processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and deliver innovative solutions to our healthcare clients

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to gather, document, and analyze requirements.
• Lead and facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to define project scope and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, functional documentation, and system designs.
• Drive process improvement by developing knowledge documentation, training programs, and white papers to support end-users and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and BI solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, Business Objects, and Crystal Reports.
• Collaborate with development teams on data modeling, ETL processes, and system integrations for healthcare data platforms.
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of solutions within EMR systems, ERP platforms, and other healthcare applications.
• Provide technical troubleshooting (hardware / software / network) and ensure system issues are resolved efficiently.
• Work within Agile / SCRUM environments, serving as a Scrum Master when needed.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide leadership in team-based initiatives.
