What Youll Be Doing
As a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator , your daily work will keep the companys materials pipeline moving across multiple U.S. sites. You'll report to the Senior Supply Chain Manager and play a key role in national distribution, driver coordination, and inventory tracking.
Coordinate material transfers across U.S. locations using internal routing spreadsheetsDesign and manage over-the-road (OTR) driver routes including pickups, sales, and internal transfersInput, receive, and verify POs for materials, tools, ocean freight, and drayageTrack and manage tool inventory, including full and cycle countsSupport location managers by resolving transfer issues, material delays, or inventory gapsUse Samsara to monitor driver activity, troubleshoot issues, and assist with training and platform adoptionIssue receiving sheets and barcodes for third-party container hubsMonitor fuel usage via Fuelman and help manage driver complianceCommunicate proactively with site managers about new arrivals and delivery issuesSupport other operational initiatives as assigned by leadershipWhat You Bring
2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain operationsProficiency in spreadsheets, digital routing tools, and / or inventory management softwareExperience using Samsara or similar fleet management platforms (Preferred)Strong organization, multitasking, and follow-through you're the person who keeps the process on trackLogical thinker with a proactive communication styleMust live in the Austin / Round Rock area this is not a remote positionYour Next Move
