The opportunity :

As part of our mission to make global trade easy for everyone we are continuing to grow our implementation organization.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Specialist with experience in client-facing roles supporting end to end supply chain solutions and / or fulfillment. Youll be part of a high-performing implementation team and in the drivers seat onboarding our biggest SMB MM and ENT fulfillment clients into the Flexport network. Youll work to support our clients learning how to use our tech-enabled supply chain solutions. You will play a leading role in solving any customizations that a client might need along the way. Examples of activities you might be dealing with on a normal day range from leading a demo of our portal creating and project managing a customized implementation strategy (internally and externally) or collaborating internally to support anything our clients need to drive an outstanding onboarding experience.

You will be :

• Growing and retaining Flexports biggest new fulfillment clients by driving their onboarding experience
• Nurturing client relationships by taking the time to deeply understand business needs and ensure those needs are met internally
• Level setting with your client when certain desires are not reasonably possible
• Comfortable playing into a wide range of client services scope most of the time youll feel like an implementation specialist but there are times that youll feel like an account manager account executive or customer support representative and this does not stress you out
• Leading the customer onboarding process by leveraging internal resources and teams and holding all parties accountable

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the postings respective region. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range displayed individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education and / or training.

The US base salary range for this position (this does not include bonus equity and benefits) :

78496 - $98120 USD
