We are seeking a Collection Specialist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will monitor and communicate with past due accounts for payment in a professional and legal manner consistent with company policy.

Responsibilities

Including but not limited to : Monitor and service customer accounts

Communicate with customers diplomatically and professionally

Operate telephone and computer system proficiently

Communicate with callers in a professional friendly and efficient manner

Assist the department with various clerical duties as needed

Be friendly professional courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees

Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Receive payments from customers and document in company computer system

Any additional procedures and policies assigned to ensure quality performance

Qualifications

Previous collections experience is preferred but not required

Basic understanding of Microsoft products such as Excel Teams and Outlook

Available to work flexible hours

Ability to communicate well (written and verbal)
