A company is looking for a Post Sales Web - Customer Experience Lead. Key Responsibilities Define requirements, document, and manage projects for customer-experience improvements on the website Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Sales to ensure effective scope delivery and defect resolution Support web authors and content owners in optimizing web content and managing content-related issues Required Qualifications BA / BS degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Web / Digital / Technology space Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and 2+ years of content management experience on the platform Project management experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams Knowledge of digital marketing practices and experience collaborating with technical teams Expertise in Microsoft Office; SharePoint and Yammer experience preferred
