Beef 'O' Brady's in Andover is looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our award-winning family sports pub. Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure food quality and safety standards are met
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor to meet financial goals
  • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction and retention
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective operations and service excellence

    • Qualifications :

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • At least 2 years of management experience in a full-service, casual dining restaurant
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs in a high-energy environment
  • Experience with food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service
