About the Role :

As an Operations Manager at TSC, you will be a key leader in driving operational excellence across our production processes. You will oversee a growing team and ensure the efficient execution of client projects with a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and innovation. This role requires a hands-on, tech-savvy leader who is passionate about people development, continuous improvement, and delivering results .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Oversee project execution and act as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality control processes to uphold high standards of accuracy and consistency.
• Support and guide team members in their roles, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance managementincluding leadership in hiring, training, and terminations when necessary.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze performance trends, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
• Support customer billing and production tracking by maintaining precise records and documentation.
• Step in and assist across various production tasks and job roles as needed to maintain workflow and client satisfaction.
• Learn and work proficiently within our custom-built software and operate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and implement tools that optimize operations and elevate service quality.
