Plan Building Specialist

A company is looking for a Plan Building Specialist responsible for building and maintaining plan benefits for new and existing groups. Key Responsibilities Support implementation and account management teams by ensuring the accuracy of benefits during new client implementations and renewals Configure benefits in claims processing systems and generate benefits summaries for internal and external use Ensure compliance with government regulations and audit plans built by teammates Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in the healthcare field, with a preference for claims or benefits experience Experience with self-funded health plans is strongly preferred Strong working knowledge of medical billing and coding and / or medical claims processing QicLink experience is preferred
