Summary
We are working with a structural design team seeking a talented Structural Engineer / Designer experienced in steel design and highly proficient in Revit. This role is ideal for someone looking to work on a variety of commercial projects and collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, and fabrication teams. The candidate should bring technical expertise in structural calculations, modeling, and steel connection design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and analyze steel structures using AISC, IBC, and related standards
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models in Revit
- Prepare structural calculations and technical documentation
- Review shop drawings and ensure accuracy of construction documents
- Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and fabricators to maintain design intent and constructability
- Resolve design issues and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle
