Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts

Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible

for managing the full cycle of accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and

accurate payment of vendor invoices, maintaining financial records, and

supporting internal departments with payment-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review, verify, and process invoices and expense reports.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements.
• Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Support internal audits and provide documentation as needed.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00 / yr.
