Role
As a Senior HR professional, you will be pivotal in driving strategic employment relations and supporting people leaders. The primary focus of this role is leading enterprise agreement negotiations and ensuring their successful implementation.
You will also manage employee cases, enhance people leader capabilities, and contribute to leadership teams. In addition, you will play a key role in aligning business operations with our people and culture strategies, helping to build a constructive culture, improve the employee experience, develop talent, and embed a performance mindset across the organisation.
