Position Overview : Term : 4-6 months with potential for extension Location : 100% remote / must be able to work EST hours Pay : up to $75 / hr Hours : 8 : 30-5pm EST We are seeking an API Developer with strong experience in integrating with Ivanti and other ITSM platforms. The ideal candidate will help develop, troubleshoot, and optimize REST and Web Services API integrations. This role requires hands-on experience with API tools (Postman, Python), scripting (JSON), and Ivanti ITSM modules such as Business Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows. Familiarity with Power Automate for low-code integration workflows is a strong plus. What you’ll do as the API Developer :

• Design, build, and maintain REST API and Web Services integrations with Ivanti ITSM .
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather integration requirements and implement solutions that align with ITSM workflows.
• Create and maintain scripts (JSON-based or Python) for automation and integration logic.
• Leverage Postman and / or Python to test, debug, and document APIs.
• Utilize Power Automate for low-code API-based integrations and process automations.
• Maintain Ivanti configurations related to Business Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows .
• Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues.
