Summary :
This position will work directly with the Logistics / Inventory Supervisor to oversee and monitor the daily activities of the inventory representative’s. Establishes priorities for both the individual team members and the overall team objectives to ensure company objectives are achieved. Drives and controls inventory accuracy and within the Supply Chain network, proactively addressing potential issues and applies continuous improvement and real-time problem solving skills when working towards resolutions. Collaboratively work with the Logistics / Inventory Supervisor on a daily basis to problem solve, ensure end of month inventory route closing occurs based on accounting end of month close.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Works closely with the warehouse, 3PL hubs, and transportation group
Maintain emails and Salesforce case assignments within required daily goals
3PL Processing Return / Manifest spreadsheets
- Correspond with Hubs and ensure accuracy of return product manifests
- Manage the OS&D process with the Hubs
- Track Historical Data related to return manifests
- Work closely with and support the warehouse triage team during unloading of returns.
Lead Returns Function or any Department Function

Education : High school diploma; College degree preferredYears of experience : Inventory Experience preferredValid Driver’s license preferredComputer proficiency : Working knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office products and StorisUnderstanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order processing, picking, and shipping processes and procedures.Dedicated to business and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary (standard work hours could be 7 : 30 – 4 : 00.
