Description
Summary
Customer Service Associates are responsible for assisting the Customer Service Manager in completing daily tasks required for the operation of Hub Inc. In addition, communicating operational changes with the Customer Service Manager could contribute to the efficiency of Hub Inc.
- Assist customers with placing orders & purchasing products inside the store.
- Invoicing and accepting payment at the register for inside-the-store purchases.
- Accepting payment on account from customers.
- Invoicing
- Customer service resolution.
- Direct incoming phone calls for location
- Greeting and directing visitors.
- Assist with scheduling of repairs for office equipment when needed.
- Assist with the filing and organization of office records.
- Maintain Driver Logs and Weekly Delivery Schedules
- Assist the accounting department.
- Process incoming product returns.
- Communicate with customers regarding product information (i.e. new product intro, pre-books, recalls, and warehouse inventories).
