We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee facility and equipment maintenance for a high-volume manufacturing operation. This role will lead the maintenance team, manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency of plant operations.

Responsibilities include :

Leading and developing the maintenance team

Managing preventive maintenance and repair schedules

Monitoring maintenance metrics and controlling costs

Coordinating facility inspections, equipment upgrades, and capital projects

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in maintenance / engineering

5+ years of leadership experience in maintenance operations

Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Experience in press / printing environments preferred

Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English
