This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health regulations, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, OSHA, and other applicable laws.
- Ensure knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
- Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness, fostering a cheerful and fun work environment aligned with Firehouse Subs culture, beliefs, and values.
- Maintain profitability by operating within guidelines for food cost, labor, utilities, and sales growth.
- Coordinate and implement operational plans and company initiatives efficiently and profitably.
- Ensure proper staffing with qualified personnel who are trained and developed adequately.
- Oversee ongoing training and development of Assistant Managers and Shift Managers.
- Participate actively in local restaurant marketing efforts.
- Promote and implement Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
- Ensure all required reports and legal documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule.
- Engage in community affairs to leverage sales and public relations opportunities.
- Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the GM / Owner regarding any issues impacting the business.
- Maintain restaurant equipment and report issues immediately.
- Work on your feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Owner.
Compensation : $30,000-$35,000 / year
