Join our research team as a Greenhouse Technician , helping advance trait introgression and plant science innovation. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves working with plants, enjoys both independent and team tasks, and thrives in an active, greenhouse environment.
What You’ll Do
- Care for and maintain engineered cotton plants under optimal conditions
- Collect plant tissue samples for DNA / protein analysis
- Prepare lab solutions and assist with plant crossings, transplanting, and harvesting
- Monitor water, fertilizer, and plant health; prune and maintain growth
- Keep greenhouse and headhouse areas clean and organized
