What You'll Do

• Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Supervise and coordinate all field personnel and subcontractors
• Drive project schedules, ensuring on-time and budget-friendly delivery
• Maintain open, daily communication with Project Managers and administrative staff
• Oversee safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Evaluate and mentor field personnel, fostering a culture of excellence
• Create and update daily reports and job-site documentation
