We are hiring a dedicated Nurse Practitioner for an onsite contract position. In this role, you’ll provide direct, hands-on medical care to patients within our rehabilitation facility. You’ll work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to perform physical exams, interpret lab results, create individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-person physical exams and medical assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a rehab setting
- Order and interpret lab tests and diagnostic results
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient outcomes
- Develop, implement, and revise personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and facility staff to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely medical documentation
- Provide patient education and support throughout the recovery process
