A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients with billing-related inquiries, providing empathetic and professional customer service Analyze patient accounts to identify and correct errors, and assist callers in understanding next steps for account resolution Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for patients and manage expectations effectively Required Qualifications High School degree or equivalent 2+ years of experience in patient-facing revenue cycle or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare 1+ year of experience in a remote or hybrid work environment Experience with EMR / EHR or practice management systems, preferably AdvancedMD and NextGen Basic knowledge of the claim lifecycle, including ICD-10 and CPT codes
