Medical Billing Customer Service Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Medical Billing. Key Responsibilities : Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities and payment plans Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding outstanding balances and document conversations Ensure compliance with federal and state laws regarding collections policies and procedures Required Qualifications : 1 year of previous call center experience (in-office or remote) High School Diploma / GED Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
