Social Media Coordinator

Position Purpose

The KW Publishing department is responsible for the creation of award-winning content (including but not limited to : business and real-estate bestsellers, compelling email newsletters and courses, podcasts, social media, etc.) and in the role of Facebook Community Coordinator, you’ll be exposed to it all and have opportunities to learn and grow.

Our ideal Facebook Community Coordinator has strong administration and organizational skills and is a savvy wordsmith with a knack for and love of taking given strategy from leadership and executing those ideas through writing great content that engages, educates and inspires. If you’ve ever wanted to impact an audience through social engagement, this role is it. You’ll maintain three high-producing Facebook agent communities : Top Agent Group, Top Teams Group and a Facebook page for Capping Agents. This role will focus only on Facebook as a social media outlet.

We’re looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills who is passionate about community engagement, prides themselves on their Facebook content, thrives on delivering exceptional verbal and written customer service, and loves learning and implementing new ideas and topics to boost our agent engagement and success.

This role will provide content to current KW agents to retain capped agents and help to grow the capped agent population. A small group of senior leaders will create the strategy and plan for said strategy that this role will then execute delivery of through various Facebook Groups.
