A company is looking for an eLearning Administrator. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain learning paths, certifications, and curricula aligned with organizational goals Manage course catalog and shared learning resources, ensuring consistency and engagement in content Train and coach trainers on instructional design best practices and maintain training materials Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or related field 2+ years of experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) Strong technical proficiency with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS reporting tools Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting LMS platforms Familiarity with eLearning standards and accessibility requirements
