Responsibilities
may include :
- One or more projects in areas involving Evaporation, CVD, PVD, thin film depositing, Electroplating, plasma etch, Dry / Wet Etch, Photolithography, Wafer Dicing, CMP etc.
- Data collection via various metrology tools
- Data analysis using software such as JMP, Spotfire, or Excel
- Process troubleshooting and recipe optimization
- Experimental design and execution of a fab engineering trial
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or related fieldsMinimum GPA of 3.0Semiconductor coursework and / or experience, including standard processing techniques (PVD, CVD, lithography, dry / wet etch, CMP)Experience with JMP or Spotfire a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organization skills and attention to detailInterest in "hands on" engineering work in a clean room facilityThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.
Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience : $31-$42 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
