As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join us at our Columbia, SC, location .
In this pivotal role, you’ll directly contribute to our growth by recruiting top-producing agents and promising new licensees , guiding them through onboarding, and supporting their development through powerful coaching and training programs. You’ll collaborate closely with company owners and staff, and have the chance to earn significant income through recruiting bonuses . While BIC-eligible candidates are preferred, we’re open to the right person who brings leadership, passion, and a growth mindset to the table.
Compensation :
- Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities :
Build strong relationships with local agents, spending time each day fostering connections and showcasing how Century 21 Vanguard can help them achieve their business goalsProvide sales coaching and support to our roster of Sales AgentsTrack and evaluate agent productivity (assigned and recruited)Hold Agents accountable for meeting daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goalsAttend 2 to 4 training seminars and / or retreats annuallyConduct training sessions on company coaching topics for our agentsEmbrace a coachable mindset, seeking continuous improvement through training and coaching programsDemonstrate a positive attitude, professionalism, and self-confidence in all communicationsProcess documents daily with minimal supervision and with zero errorsPrioritize work assignments / tasks and complete them by the designated deadlineAdhere to the scheduled work hours and be available on weekends if necessaryRemain open to receiving suggestions for improving the quality of workStay up-to-date on trends, developments, and best practices within the Century 21 Vanguard system to share with company agentsQualifications :
Ideally, 5+ years of Real Estate Sales Experience or Related Sales Management Experience. However, candidates with 2–3 years of real estate experience or 20–30 completed transactions are encouraged to apply. Our proven coaching program is designed to support and develop emerging leadersAbility to plan and organize activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines and goalsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExperience in conducting training and communicating goals to AgentsMust hold a current SC Real Estate License in good standing; BIC-eligible is preferred but not requiredAbility to create tracking systems to actively hold agents accountable to productivity goalsAbout Company
