Head of FP&A

A company is looking for a Head of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis efforts. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budget process and develop financial models while coordinating input from the leadership team Analyze results against budget assumptions, highlight variances, and provide monthly forecasts Manage the Subscription Operations Specialists and foster a culture of performance and accountability within the team Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in an FP&A role At least 2 years of leadership experience in FP&A for a SAAS company Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics Knowledge of accounting concepts or IFRS accounting standards Deep understanding of SAAS metrics and experience with financial modeling
