Network Analyst

A company is looking for an Operation Systems-Network Analyst to deliver telecommunications support and service coordination. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the university's telecommunications service and billing platform (PCR-360) Provide technical consultation on voice and messaging solutions and manage billing data migrations Evaluate new technologies and vendor offerings to support cost-effective decision-making Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering mathematics, telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent technical training / experience Experience programming features in Avaya S8730 Experience working with telecommunications service and billing platforms Demonstrated knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, including voice and messaging services Ability to foster and promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and access (DEIA) in the workplace
