Responsibilities :
HR & Benefits Administration
Handle internal benefits administration , PTO tracking, onboarding, and HR policy documentation
Act as the go-to resource for employee support around internal processes and tools
Finance & Reporting
Own the firm’s P&L , monthly financial reporting, and internal financial documentation
Coordinate with advisors and external partners on estate analysis and related administrative tasks
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain the firm’s compliance calendar , coordinate audits, and ensure documentation meets required standards
Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and ensure policies and SOPs are up to date
Systems & Process Optimization
Own and maintain internal systems used for time tracking, workflow, reporting, and AI tools
Lead implementation of new tools and improvements to support firm-wide efficiency
Vendor & Expense Management
Oversee vendor relationships, payments, and expense reporting across the firm
Ensure consistent processes for documentation, tracking, and approvals
Qualifications :
6–10 years of experience in business operations , financial services, benefits, compliance, or professional services
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently across departments
Strong systems and process orientation, with the ability to evaluate and implement tools and tech
Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
95K-$115K + Bonus and a strong 401K
