AIR COMPRESSOR SALES ENGINEER -

Location : Winchester, VA

ARC Group is currently recruiting for a Sales Engineer to join our client in their Winchester, Virginia offices. This role focuses on delivering top-tier compressed air system solutions and building lasting client relationships in a territory with high potential.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with new and existing clients through regular onsite visits and remote contact
Function as a subject matter expert (SME) on compressed air solutions, providing tailored system recommendations
Draft technical proposals, including drawings and bills of materials to support equipment installs
Collaborate with technical teams for system start-ups and onsite training
Prepare and deliver competitive pricing quotes
Actively prospect for new clients and follow up on warm leads provided

Compensation & Benefits :

Base salary + commission potential with OTE up to $200K, based on experience and performance

Ideal Candidate Will Have :

Proven experience in sales or technical service within the industrial air compressor or rotating equipment sector (required)

Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills

Ability to independently manage travel within the region, including occasional overnight stays

Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
