Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and consistency, and support the team in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning, recipe development, and execution.
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring proper cooking techniques and presentation.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and help manage food cost controls.
  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen team members.
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service and provide hands-on support as needed.
  • Uphold company standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong background as a Line Cook in a high-volume or fine dining environment.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for food, creativity, and teamwork.
