Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized onboarding experiences for experienced agents during their first 90 days Serve as a strategic partner to Regional Presidents and RVPs by sharing trends and insights from the field Collaborate with other learning teams to maintain consistency of messaging and onboarding experience across brands Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Experience in coaching or training roles, particularly in onboarding or agent support Strong understanding of real estate industry practices and tools Ability to facilitate group sessions and one-on-one coaching Experience in collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams Proven track record of improving agent retention and productivity
