Bathroom Attendant

The Bathroom Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and functionality of restrooms within a manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all restroom areas are sanitary, well-stocked, and presentable at all times to support a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Inspection & Monitoring :

  • Conduct routine checks throughout the shift to ensure restrooms meet cleanliness standards.
  • Identify and address any safety hazards (e.g., wet floors, broken fixtures).
  • Maintain a cleaning log and report any irregularities to the supervisor.

Customer Service :

  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee concerns or requests related to restroom facilities.
  • Maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor at all times.

    • Compliance & Safety :

  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including the use of PPE and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding hygiene and sanitation.

    • Inventory & Supplies :

  • Track usage of cleaning supplies and restroom products.
  • Notify the supervisor when inventory is low or when reordering is necessary.

    • Work in a climate-controlled, very clean manufacturing environment.

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70 / hr.
