As a Cell Phone Repair Technician, you’ll play a vital role in providing reliable, high-quality repair services. From diagnosing issues to performing efficient repairs, you’ll help ensure every customer walks away confident and satisfied.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16–$18, based on experience, along with the opportunity to turn your love for technology into a rewarding career.

Compensation : 16 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various cell phone models.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
  • Stay updated on the latest cell phone technology trends and repair techniques.
  • Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.
  • Reliable, with a strong work ethic and high level of execution in all tasks.
  • Demonstrated humility and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
