Position Summary :

The Network Administrator will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Sizzling Platter’s enterprise network infrastructure to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable operations across all locations. This position requires expertise in networking technologies, server infrastructure, and cybersecurity, along with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and deploy enterprise network solutions to support business operations and growth
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues to ensure uptime and performance
• Implement and manage security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
• Configure firewalls, switches, VLANs, and Wi-Fi networks (guest and corporate)
• Document network configurations, procedures, and diagrams
• Support and maintain VOIP phone systems across the support center and restaurant locations
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and management teams to meet network needs
• Provide technical support and training on network-related topics
• Stay current on emerging technologies to optimize network performance and security
• Assist with IT projects and additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications :

Physical Requirements :

This role may require lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent walking, standing, bending, and repetitive tasks related to IT hardware setup and maintenance.
