About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful disability claims processor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys investigative work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to both compliance and growth initiatives. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our physician panel by conducting in-depth background checks and credential verifications. In addition, you’ll support recruitment efforts to expand our network of qualified doctors.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct thorough background research on physicians using multiple online sources and databases to verify credentials and flag any red flags (, fraud, criminal investigations).
  • Assist in recruiting new physicians to join our panel by identifying, vetting, and initiating outreach to potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with scheduling and credentialing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and case management.
  • Support ongoing compliance efforts for clients such as NY Life, Principal, Sedgwick, Reliance, and Aflac.
  • Occasionally confirm physician attendance for scheduled appointments and assist with ad hoc research tasks.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of administrative healthcare experience
  • Strong computer literacy and internet research skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
