We’re looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to help plan and design customer spaces, maximize sales growth, and deliver an exceptional CB2 Experience (Be Positive. Inspiring. Finding a way). Your expertise, teamwork, and creative selling skills will ensure an amazing customer experience.

A day in the life as a Design Consultant :

• Drive sales and create a differentiated experience through enriching customer interactions and elevated design offerings both in-store and virtually.
• Create elevated CB2 designs using preferred tools to develop moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists, and style inspiration.
• Lead one-on-one design consultations in person, via email, phone, or virtual platforms, delivering projects within set timelines.
• Understand and embody the CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategies across channels.
• Achieve individual sales, KPI, service goals, and engage customers by demonstrating our four steps of selling.
• Stay informed on marketplace and industry trends.
• Actively listen to customers to identify their needs and communicate company loyalty services, such as designer rewards, the CB2 credit card, and gift registry.
• Support excellent service by maintaining a positive attitude and enthusiasm, ensuring quick, gracious, and efficient service in all interactions.
