This is how you will grow :

We’re looking to bring on a Specifications Writer to support our residential construction projects, primarily focused on custom home design. This role will help develop and maintain specifications that guide material selection and installation standards across disciplines.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with architects and project managers to write specifications for custom residential homes.
  • Use MasterSpec and Revit to produce and manage specification documents.
  • Research materials and construction methods to ensure specs are current and code compliant.
  • Review submittals and assist with contract documentation.
  • Help maintain and update internal specification standards.
  • Coordinate with design teams to meet project timelines.
  • Assist staff on spec writing and residential construction practices.

Requirements :

This is how you will take us forward :

  • Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in residential construction and specification writing.
  • Strong working knowledge of MasterSpec and Revit .
  • Familiarity with residential codes and construction methods.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • CSI certifications are a plus.
  • NO C2C or staffing agencies submittals
  • No Sponsorship is Available at this Time
