Pristine Renovations Residential and Commercial Co. is a fast-growing design-build contractor based in Florida, specializing in high-quality renovations for residential and commercial clients. We are currently renovating a $6.2 million commercial renovation project and are expanding aggressively in the commercial renovation space—specifically targeting care-related facilities such as assisted living centers, special needs homes, retirement communities, and behavioral health facilities.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Sales Representative to lead our expansion into this vertical. This is a high-performance role for someone with deep industry experience, a proven track record of closing, and a book of business ready to activate.
As for the territory, this role will begin in North Florida, focusing on the Tallahassee area, with planned expansion into Jacksonville, Pensacola, and surrounding markets over time. The ideal candidate should be comfortable growing within this geography and building a strong network across multiple cities.
What You’ll Be Selling :
- Full-scope renovations for facilities that house overnight residents
- ADA compliance upgrades
- Facility expansions, conversions, and refreshes
- Occupied renovations with minimal disruption
- Design + build packages with dedicated PM and design team
Responsibilities :
Identify, pursue, and close new commercial renovation contractsBuild and nurture relationships with facility operators, directors, and developersWalk facilities and produce detailed scopes of work in collaboration with our estimating and project management teamDeliver compelling proposals that align with facility budgets and project goalsMaintain pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM and Builder Trend and report regularly to the executive teamCollaborate with our COO, estimator, and project team to ensure smooth transitions after closingRequirements
