The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting various management team members by efficiently managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth operations within the organization in a highly organized manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The responsibilities outlined below are essential functions of the position and must be carried out to perform effectively, at least at an acceptable level, as defined by Front Porch. In the future, additional duties may be assigned, which will also be considered essential functions of the position :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the reception area and maintain open and effective communication channels with internal team members, vendors, and visitors, cultivating positive relationships on behalf of the manager.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Log and oversee the completion of key systems and provide follow-up for various tasks.
  • Perform various clerical duties, which may include assisting with other departments.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Train new team members in reception and update and manage the

shared ride coordinator

if applicable, in the community.

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the manager.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.
