What You'll Be Doing

• Turn qualified leads into loyal clients by building strong business relationships and driving revenue.
• Work alongside experienced recruiters and leadership to gain hands-on exposure to the full hiring process.
• Leverage advanced tech tools—including AI and automation—to connect with key decision-makers.
• Thrive in a collaborative, performance-driven environment where your growth is prioritized.
• Work from our El Segundo office — close to the beach, LAX, and the Lakers training facility, with great food, shops, and transit all nearby.

What We're Looking For

Location : El Segundo, CA (by LAX and the Lakers Training Facility)

Schedule : Mon / Wed, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 30 PM | Tues / Thurs, 8 : 30 AM–5 : 30 PM | Fri, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM

Work Setting : Primarily in-office, WFH on Fridays after 30 days (Candidates must reside in the West LA area to be considered.)
