Lyon | Stahl Investment Real Estate is a fast-growing commercial real estate brokerage based in Los Angeles. While our core focus is multi-family investment sales across the Beach Cities, South Bay, Westside, and Harbor areas, we’re also building modern applications to support our real estate and IT operations.

We’re looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of both backend and frontend systems. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to design, build, and maintain applications that drive efficiency and scale within our business.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in PHP and JavaScript / TypeScript .
  • Hands-on experience with Next.js and React .
  • Familiarity with Bun.js and / or Node.js runtimes.
  • Proficiency with Git / GitHub workflows (branches, pull requests, GitHub Actions).
  • Experience working with Docker (development + production).
  • Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, or similar).
  • Understanding of CI / CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain in-house applications across frontend (Next.js / React) and backend (PHP + JavaScript runtimes).
  • Work in a monorepo environment (TurboRepo, Bun) to manage shared packages, apps, and tooling.
  • Build and optimize APIs (REST / GraphQL) for internal and client-facing systems.
  • Implement CI / CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and deploy services to AWS.
  • Write clean, scalable, and testable code with strong documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to support Dockerized environments and container orchestration.
  • Participate in code reviews, version control workflows, and enforce best practices.
  • Contribute to ongoing migration and refactoring efforts to modern frameworks.

  • Familiarity with linting tools, code quality enforcement, and security best practices .
  • Ability to handle both frontend styling (CSS / HTML) and backend architecture .
