Account Executive
This position qualifies for commissions and bonus.
DEP is looking for a motivated, experienced, full-time, team-oriented Account Executive with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical abilities. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus!
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining and building client relationships
- Provide professional support to enhance the customers’ experience
- Train / Educate clients on Dealer eProcess products
- Staying on top of industry trends
- Conduct dealer training
- Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
