Position Description :

RN Navigator will oversee the administrative and clinical aspects of the department. By ensuring smooth patient care from referral to follow-up. This role involves coordinating appointments, communicating with physicians, providing patient education, and facilitating smooth transitions between different stages of treatment. The RN Navigator also plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications

Job Duties / Responsibilities Requirements :

• Three-five years’ Cardiac related experience or related Heart Valve experience preferred
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program
• BSN preferred
• Written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills.
• Basic organizational and computer skills.
• Current CA RN license (maintain current)
• BLS (maintain current AHA)
• ACLS (maintain current AHA)
