How will you make an impact in this role?

This position will be part of the Global Account Processing Network (GAPN) Organization within the Global Billing Strategy and Transformation (GBST) team. The GBST team focuses on digitization, innovation, analytics, demand management, automation, and business process transformation to enable CMs to derive the value of our digital capabilities, solutions, and experiences while reducing paper communication. The candidate will be responsible for the following :

  • Accountable for leading all Project Phases : Analysis, Requirements Gathering; Project Plan, General Counsel’s. Organization (GCO) & Compliance Alignment / Approval, and Risk Assessment.
  • Extend project support on all efforts that impact the GBST team.
  • Translate Business / Stakeholder requirements into scope as needed.
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple business functions.
  • Lead and coordinate testing and output verification, where applicable.
  • Develop and maintain strong relations with stakeholders / colleagues across different geographies and organizational levels.
  • Provide complex analytical support to project-based work.
  • Turn data into valuable actionable insights and opportunities.
  • Conduct basic quantitative analysis and produce cost-benefit analysis (CBA).
  • Support GBST team in creating proposals to gain leadership’s buy-in based on analysis.
  • Have a passion for structured and ad-hoc analytics, innovation, process design, and digital capabilities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 2 plus years of Project Management Skills, leading strategic capability, and reengineering projects in cross-functional settings.
  • Experience working with process improvement and / or business process design.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of financial analysis and working with Business and Technology Teams / Units.
  • Ability to challenge upwards and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication skills to clarify expectations and drive alignment.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams across the organization with a sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines and deliverables.
  • High attention to detail and thoroughness with strong organizational skills.
  • Have a positive “can-do” attitude and be a team player.
  • Comfortable with constant change and ambiguity.
  • Must be proficient with MS tools (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint).
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Proficiency with SQL\Hive, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint for compelling presentations is a plus.
  • Salary Range : $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
